Only Adam ever enters your home.
The owner. Former Force Recon Marine. Former insurance adjuster.
Checked like a recon patrol. Documented like a claim file.
After damage, the first thing an adjuster asks is when someone last checked the house. Every visit here ends with dated photo proof.
The insurance problem
An empty house has a clock on it
Some policies limit coverage when a home sits empty, and after damage the first fight is proving someone was checking on it.
After damage, adjusters ask the same questions: when was someone last inside, how often is it checked, can you prove it? No proof means a hard claim. A leak in week one is a ruined floor by week six. Visits every two weeks mean the home never sits unchecked for long and catch problems early.

A record your insurer can useIf there is ever a claim, the full record is yours to hand your insurer: dated photo reports showing when the home was checked and what condition it was in. Adam can be at the house to let their adjuster in and answer factual questions about his visits.
He does not work for the insurance company, he works for the homeowner. Claim decisions stay with the insurer.
Routine report, sent same day. Anything wrong, you get a call first, then a full damage report.

Questions
Straight answers
How do you get into my house?
You provide a key or code at signup. Keys are never labeled with your name or address and are returned when you cancel.
What happens if you find damage?
You get a call while Adam is still there, then a full damage report with detailed photos and a written record of what he found, delivered to you the same day. It is yours to give your insurer: dated proof of when the home was checked and its condition. If your adjuster visits, Adam can be there to open the home and answer factual questions about his visits. He documents. He does not negotiate claims.
Are you a property manager?
No. Watch only: walk-throughs, photo reports, and fast alerts. No renting, tenants, or bookings.
Does this keep my insurance coverage in force?
Your insurer decides claims, no one can promise an outcome. Some policies limit coverage when a home sits empty too long. Visits every two weeks mean it never sits unchecked for long, and the photo reports prove it.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. Month to month, no contract or fee. One call ends it and your key comes back.
Why only one person? What if you are sick or away?
One person is the product, so you always know who was inside. If a visit must move a day, Adam tells you directly in advance.
Leaving for the season?
Snowbird season is starting. Get on the route now.
October starts the insurance clock on empty homes. One call sets up your first visit.
