Roof walkAdd-on · $150
Adam spent years as an insurance adjuster, so on a roof he is not guessing. He documents damage the way a claim file needs it: every slope photographed, every problem marked and dated for your roofer.
One-story roofs are no problem. If only part of a roof can be reached safely, you pay half ($75) and get a report on the part that was walked. No safe access at all, no charge.
